1.Choose the right pattern mould that match design.     2.Cover the mould on the Stainless Steel Sheet 316 and paint protective oil on it.Than stainless steel sheet can have protect film of oil.Good mould can guarantee the perfect pattern.And workers need to pay attention to put mould on the right position.     3.When the stainless steel sheet have oil film on surface.The oil needs time to get dry.They will get together to dry.Normally it needs 2-3 days.Time will be sooner if in hot day.     4.Once oil is dray,put the stainless steel sheet into machine and have etching process.The key is the machine speed and chemical.The part without protect oil will be etching in the machine,other parts cover with oil will be not hurt.Then the pattern comes out.     5.After etching.Next process is cleaning out the protect oil.High water-pressure machine will take out the oil on surface Stainless Steel Etching Chemical.The stainless steel sheet surface will be clean after this process.     6.All the steps are finish.Etching finish and clean stainless steel sheet will come out.Putting on PVC film.It can be ready to sent out.   Stainless Steel Sheet Thickness can be 0.5-3.0mm.
